Semi-Sparkling Wine
A great frizzante, or semi-sparkling, wine that offers a delicate, fruity nose and a bright, tangy, fresh-tasting palate with attractive balance. May be enjoyed on any occasion, as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to starters, fish or white meat. Serve at 8-9°C, uncorking the bottle at table and decanting into a carafe, if desired.

Pinot Rosa
Semi-Sparkling Wine
An excellent rosé frizzante wine with a colour that shades into pale ruby pink. Its subtle, delicate nose introduces a dry velvety flavour. An ideal accompaniment for lean starters, pasta or rice as well as fresh or salt fish and white meat. Serve at 9-10°C.
